The Electric Blue Mirror Stainless Steel is an exotic metal that Rangecraft Manufacturing introduced to the Kitchen and Bath industry back in 2015. Originally it was sourced in early 2014 and it took about a year of meticulously working with this metal to understand how it can be used.
When first displaying it at NKBA’s KBIS, it garnished a lot of attention considering it was a first of its kind for a kitchen range hood. The following year Rangecraft was awarded the 30 Most Innovative Products by Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Publications for our Miami style with the Electric Blue.
Since the introduction of the unique metal, we have fabricated multiple range hoods while also producing signs and backsplashes. Although you are slowly seeing metal vendors starting to experiment and produce this material, Rangecraft has an exclusive relationship with a supplier that produces this for us. This is an extremely difficult material to work with and needs the most undivided attention when handling it.
